What's Included:
- An initial meeting with physicians &
other senior staff to determine
needs, preferred format, etc.
- 3 meetings to collect staff member
input including off-shifts and
weekends
- 2 complete revisions
- Finished product delivered as
MSWord files on CD ready for
printing (up to 5 CD's included for
multiple nursing stations, archiving,
etc.)
- Up to 3 inservices with staff on
teaching sheet use
- An additional revision 1-3 months
after teaching sheets in use, based
on patient/staff surveys (additional
fee for this feature)
(All meetings/inservices will be conducted via
phone for those outside the Atlanta area)
